Where to find us

Our shop is at 17504 76 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5Z 0R3. There's convenient parking, and we're easy to reach from across Edmonton. Use the Google Maps directions link for turn-by-turn navigation. If you're coming from St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, or Spruce Grove, call ahead and we'll have a technician ready when you arrive.

Hours & response times

We keep long hours so you don't have to take time off work: Monday to Friday 8am–10pm, with weekend availability. Phone calls are answered during business hours, and voicemails are returned the same day whenever possible. Messages sent through the contact form and email are typically answered within one business day, and often much sooner.

What to include in your message

To get you an accurate answer quickly, tell us: the device make and model, the symptom and when it started, any error messages, and whether the data on the device is critical. Photos of the issue or an error screen help a lot — you can bring them when you drop off, too.
