What to expect when you book
Booking takes a minute. Tell us the device and the symptom, pick drop-off or on-site, and we'll confirm the best option and a realistic timeline. There's no charge to book, and on most drop-off repairs the basic diagnostic is free when you proceed with the quoted fix.
What to bring
- The device and its charger or power adapter
- Any passwords needed to test the repair (change them afterward — see our privacy policy)
- A note of when the problem started and what you were doing
- Accessories related to the issue (dock, external drive, etc.)

1) Diagnostic to confirm the root cause. 2) A clear written quote for parts and labour. 3) You approve before any work starts. 4) Repair by a certified technician, with board-level microsoldering available. 5) Real-world testing. 6) Pickup, with a 30-day labour warranty and advice to prevent a repeat.
Turnaround, payment & warranty
Many repairs are same-day or next-day when parts are in stock; we confirm timing after the diagnostic. Payment is due at pickup and card payments are handled securely by our PCI-compliant processor. Completed repairs carry a 30-day labour warranty, and parts include manufacturer warranty where applicable.
