WebsiteForge Delivery Terms
Documented rollback and operator support — not a zero-risk guarantee.
What we promise
WebsiteForge is designed to deploy with your approval, documented rollback, and operator monitoring.
If our automated deployment fails due to a documented platform-caused deployment failure and we cannot safely launch your approved website, refund or manual completion may apply per written terms — not an automatic full refund or zero-risk guarantee.
If you still want us to complete the project manually, Tech4Service may offer manual completion per written quote — subject to scope and availability.
Approval required. Documented rollback. Operator hotfix may be required.
When this guarantee applies
This guarantee covers a WebsiteForge-caused deployment failure: our automated deployment process cannot safely complete go-live for the website described in your approved proposal, after you have satisfied the requirements below.
It is not a performance guarantee for rankings, traffic, or revenue. It is a delivery commitment — if we cannot safely deploy what you approved, we make it right.
Requirements (all must be met)
- You approved the written scope and proposal before payment authorization and deployment began.
- You provided accurate hosting, CMS, DNS, and payment credentials when requested.
- Your hosting account, domain, and required licenses were active and in good standing at deployment time.
- You did not make conflicting hosting, DNS, CMS, or file changes during an active deployment window without coordinating with us first.
What is not covered
- Applies only when WebsiteForge's automated deployment fails and we cannot safely launch your approved website — not for hosting outages, third-party service interruptions, or issues outside our deployment process.
- You must approve the written scope and proposal before work and payment authorization begin.
- Hosting, FTP/SSH, CMS, DNS, and payment credentials you provide must be accurate and remain valid through deployment.
- Your hosting account, domain registration, and related licenses must be active and in good standing at deployment time.
- Hosting provider outages or maintenance windows.
- Incorrect, expired, or revoked credentials supplied by the customer.
- Suspended, locked, or unpaid hosting, domain, or CMS accounts.
- Expired plugin, theme, or software licenses unless replacement was included in the approved scope.
- Pre-existing malware or security compromises unless remediation was explicitly scoped and approved.
- Domain ownership, DNS, or registrar disputes not resolved before deployment.
- Changes made by the customer or third parties to hosting, DNS, CMS, or site files during an active deployment window.
- Third-party fees (domain renewal, hosting upgrades, premium plugins, stock assets, ad spend, etc.) — these remain the customer's responsibility.
Refund and manual completion
If a qualifying deployment failure occurs, we will document the failure, notify you promptly, and process eligible refunds per written terms through the same payment method where possible.
If you prefer to continue, Tech4Service may offer manual completion per written quote. Refund eligibility and timing depend on payment method and documented failure type.
Your rights
This guarantee describes WebsiteForge's delivery commitment when we cause a deployment failure. It does not replace or limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
If you paid by card or digital wallet, you may also have dispute or chargeback rights through your payment provider. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve delivery issues directly — but this guarantee does not ask you to waive any lawful payment dispute rights.
Effective date: July 4, 2026. We may update these terms to reflect process improvements; material changes will be posted on this page.
