Basic diagnostics are free for many issues. A full diagnostic on complex cases is $49 and is applied toward your repair when you proceed.
When do I pay?
After you approve the quote and the work is complete. We never proceed without your OK, and payment is due at pickup.

Parts are quoted separately from labour so you can see exactly what you're paying for. We use quality parts that carry manufacturer warranty where applicable.
