Mention the offer when you book or at drop-off. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated. Parts, expedited service, and data recovery may be excluded — we'll confirm before work begins.

We built our reputation on fair, transparent pricing rather than inflated rates with a discount stapled on top. After a diagnostic you get a clear, itemised quote and honest advice on whether a repair, an upgrade, or a replacement is the smartest use of your money. That means the number you're quoted is already competitive — no haggling, no surprise charges at pickup.
Ways to save
- Bundle your repair. Combining jobs in one visit — for example an SSD upgrade with a cleanup, or a screen replacement with a battery — usually costs less than separate visits.
- Book a diagnostic first. A proper diagnosis avoids paying for parts you don't need. On most drop-off repairs the basic diagnostic is free when you proceed with the quoted fix.
- Ask about refurbished and upgrade options. Sometimes a modest upgrade extends a device's life for years at a fraction of replacement cost — see our repair vs replace guide.
- Business volume. Offices with several machines can ask about adjusted per-device and on-site pricing on our Business IT page.
